Team Kaj members are all Independent Le Reve Consultants that own their own businesses in the exciting and glamorous world of direct selling Aromatherapy, Designer Perfumes and Holistic Skin Care products.

Our team consists of people from all different backgrounds and personalities. Many of the consultants within our team and throughout the entire company are everyday Mums [and Dads]. You don't have to be an experienced party planner or high flying sales star to enjoy a lifestyle most can only dream about. In fact the companies name is French for 'The Dream'.

Kylie has been in the sales and marketing arena for most of her working life. No matter who she was employed by or whatever the product, Kylie was always recognised and awarded for her outstanding performances in customer service and sales achievements. Prior to becoming an Independent Le Reve Consultant in October 1999, Kylie had experimented with many party plan companies and achieved many successes.

Her full-time employment was cut short in May 1999 as the result of a serious car accident which left her with head, neck and back injuries that made working a 38 hour week difficult. The best option for her was to return to a part-time, party plan business that would provide flexibility whilst still offering excellent income potential.

John, had also worked in sales since leaving high school in 1980 with a few exceptions along the way. In fact, when they first met John was the lead singer of one of Sydney's most popular cover bands! When the band broke up in July 2001, John decided to put all his energy into their business.

The Backer family has since grown with the birth of their son Enno in March 2007 and Annie Rose in June 2008 plus, after a number of years away from the stage, John has reformed his band Australian Played.

Kylie, John, Gabriella, Enno & Annie are living proof that you can run a successful business and enjoy a quality lifestyle with your family at the same time!
